Video Transcript for Review of the Bauer Products T-Handle Lock for Truck Caps

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Bauer Products Clockwise T-Handle Lock for truck caps. Now this is a locking t-handle that'll replace a broken or a damaged handle on your truck cap or camper shell. It is a clockwise rotating handle. So it mounts on the passenger side of your dual lock cap, or on the center of your single lock cap. And it is a blind mounted design and installs flush with mounting hardware to remain hidden inside the lock cap.

It does come with everything shown here on the table. The locking t-handle, one key, the steel locking lever, the nyloc nut and the black cap. This is a sturdy glass reinforced nylon and zinc construction. You can see it is a nice matte black color. but basically right now, when this is installed, you can see that it'll turn clockwise to open.

And then if you take your key and insert it in there, and turn it down, move your key, then you can see that it's locked and won't open. Put your key back in, and then turn it and it's open. A few dimensions on this, the overall length from the very front to the very end of the shaft, it's going to be right at about 3 1/4" long. The width of the handle on one edge to the other is about 2 3/4" wide. And the length of just the shaft portion, with the threads on it, is right at 1 1/4".
