UPS delivered the Malone 3 bike hitch yesterday. Installed it today went on in minutes. Will test it this weekend with bikes. Further review coming, looking forward to the bike test.
Looks like a well made product and is simple to put together. However, I am unable to use it as the top of the vertical support (which curves back towards the vehicle) hits the hatch on my 2018 Range Rover HSE.

I bought this hitch to transport 3 bikes. It's a tight fit, but it works great. The bikes are held securely and the construction is solid. I would definitely recommend buying this. No complaints.
Best bike rack we have ever had. Shipping was ultra fast. The hitch rack is very solid and does not rattle.
Very happy with the quick delivery. Quite solid, easy to set up. One problem and we should have asked first, cannot put the female/girl bikes on the racks. We had the same problem with our last rack. If there is a remedy to this, please let us know. Otherwise, the rack is sturdy, solid and easy to operate with the two male bikes.

I was surprised by how heavy the product is. It was shipped a box within a BOX. The outside packaging was a Heavy Duty Box. So it came without so much as a scratch. The manual and videos on the website were right on and very helpful in advance of my receiving the product. It was pretty easy to assemble and attach to the hitch. I was able to attach my bike to it with ease.

This is the first hitch mount rack I've purchased and I'm using it on a 2019 Volvo XC60. I often get confused when a product has a few dozen stellar reviews, then a few that are critical, so can only say that for pluses: I am impressed with it's heavy, solid construction, stability on the road, ease of mounting to the hitch mount (a hitch lock is included which is nice), ease of mounting and dismounting bikes and general design, including a built in light cable lock that might discourage a 'casual' bike theft while stopping by a coffee shop. Seems like I got a good one. A couple of niggles: there is a lot of threading and unthreading on the couple of knobs that allow the rack to drop down into the folded position, and to drop the entire rack down to clear the open tailgate. I'd say a 3-4 turns should be sufficient -- you do have to spin them for a bit. The straps are stiff plastic 'ratchet' types with no padding. I'm going to put some stick-on foam under them so they don't abrade bike frames when in motion, and they do stick up straight when undone so I'm getting the idea that keeping them in their ratchet buckles while loading bikes is a good idea until you need a bike secured. They are rugged and I doubt if they will break. Overall, it looks like the rack will last a long time and do the job well.
We are infrequent users, but this is exactly what we were looking for. It carries all three of our bikes. It is easy on and off. After some adjusting it holds a male mtn bike, female hybrid (I still recommend the adapter, but when I load it I don't have to tie into it), and male kids BMX easily and securely. It folds down pretty easily, so we still have access to the back hatch on our 2013 Ford Escape. It came with the locking cable for the bikes and lock for the hitch bolt. We previously used a strap on rack and it was nice, but didn't feel as secure. Every time I break it out for a trip my wife and I both remark about what a great buy it was and how happy we are knowing we don't have to worry about the bikes on our trips.
Everything was perfect, got it delivered sooner than I thought.
It was pretty easy to assemble, I have used it once so far with one bike it was easy to use and I felt very comfortable driving down the road with the anti-sway. Also loving the locks that come with it.
This is my first hitch mount rack but so far I am really glad I bought it!
I purchased this bike rack for my Cadillac SRX but never used it. I finally unboxed this bike with a different vehicle, Hyundai Kona 2024 this summer. After watching a YouTube video my 12 year old son was able to assemble this bike rack and with help from myself we mounted it to our vehicle. The rack works as expected and it’s simple to use. I feel our bikes are safe and secure while transporting them from place to place as we enjoy different bike trails.
