Bike to the water with your kayak, SUP, or surfboard instead of searching for parking. The Reacha Sport carries long gear behind your bike and becomes a hand cart for the last stretch, making shoreline access more convenient.
If you've ever wished you could ride your bike straight to the lake, river, or ocean with your kayak, SUP, surfboard, or wing foil, the Reacha Sport is built for that kind of day. Instead of circling the lot for parking or carrying a long board under your arm, you can tow your gear behind you, then switch to walking and use the trailer as a hand cart for the last stretch to the water. For beach or coastal campers, it becomes the daily shuttle between your campsite and the shoreline, letting you leave the car parked while still getting your board, boat, and other gear to the water with ease.
The extended drawbar adjusts to carry gear up to 14' 9" long, and the trailer supports 77 lbs by bike and 132 lbs as a hand cart. With side rails (bows) included for stability, it corrals long and bulky loads that normally force you into a vehicle. And because the frame uses snap-lock connectors, assembling or breaking the trailer down requires no tools and take only a few minutes. The Reacha Sport is designed for anyone who wants to reach the water on their own terms and bring the gear that makes the day worth it.
Bike routes rarely take you all the way to the shoreline. With the Reacha Sport, you can tow your gear by bike for most of the journey, then disconnect quickly and walk the last stretch using it as a stable hand cart. Rolling down a path, crossing a parking lot, or moving across sand with your long load is easy, helping you stay in motion all the way to the water.
Even trailers made for long gear shouldn't take over your living space. The Reacha Sport breaks down quickly with the snap-lock connectors, and once the frame is apart, it folds into a compact bundle that one person can carry. It stores neatly in a closet, vehicle trunk, or on a garage shelf, making it easy to bring along on road trips or camping weekends.
Water gear often leads you off pavement, and the 20" wheels keep you rolling on boardwalks, dirt paths, rough access roads, and parking lots. The wheels pop off quickly thanks to the quick-lock skewers, making transport and storage simple. And for deep sand or soft terrain, you can add Thule Reacha Fat Tires for extra traction.

Hi, everyone, I'm Evangeline right here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our Thule Reacha bicycle carriers. These are gonna be trailers that you can attach to the back of your bicycle, zero modifications required, and with this, you have the option of getting the Urban, which you can load up with all kinds of groceries, cargo gear, or the Sport edition, where you can load up with kayaks and whatever you need for adventure. We'll take a look at some of their features right here. So how does this work Well, you have your trailer, and the trailer has this attachment arm. So this an attachment arm wraps around the seat post of your bicycle, and secures it with some hook and loop straps, no bolting required.
With this, you can adjust for different types of bike heights and bike lengths for whatever fits best, and you have an easy option to just drive away with the attachment arm and leave your trailer parked, if needed for your trips. You have two trailer options. You have the Reacha Sport, which has this long nose, great for if you're planning on carrying around your kayaks, your paddleboards, or your canoes, and then you have the Reacha Urban. With a shorter nose, this will give you a much smaller footprint. Picture yourself riding through a city, picking up groceries, picking up cargo, this will allow you to fit into those smaller areas more easily.
Other than the different nose shapes, all your Reacha trailers are gonna have very similar features, capacities, and modularity. By modularity, you can add kickstands, you can add sidewalls, you can switch out the tires with just your quick release skewers. There's lots of things you can do with the Reacha trailers to customize for your adventure, but on their own, they're great for carrying around different cargo, different gear. The fact that you don't have to modify your own bike to carry around a trailer is awesome. Lightly modular, and very few tools required, I've been really enjoying using the Thule Reacha trailers here at etrailer.
We've been able to go around and use them for a couple of days, ride around on the bike, and it's been a lot of fun. There's also smaller touchpoints in there, like a really good weight capacity, levers that allow you to make adjustments without having to use tools or tighten down bolts. Please check out our product pages here at etrailer if you have more questions or you're curious about just the other things that you can do with your Reacha trailer. With that in mind, if you have been using these since they have been around for a while and you have some fun stories, please share your setup of your bike and your Reacha bike trailer, and that way, you can maybe inspire some other people along the way. But today, this was a really quick glimpse at our Reacha bike trailers from Thule, available as the Reacha Urban or the Reacha Sport, with your regular wheels or your beach wheels, right here at etrailer.com.
My name's Evangeline. I hope you enjoyed this viewing.
Hi everyone I’m Evangeline and if your idea of a fun weekend involves gravel trails, camping gear, or rolling through a park with your kayak or cooler the Reacha Sport trailer is made for you
It’s lightweight but tough and switches easily from a bike trailer to a hand cart with just a simple clip No tools needed and no messing with your bike
The long front arm makes it great for carrying larger gear like kayaks or camping stuff and it’s super adjustable so you can make it wider or longer depending on what you’re hauling
It rides smooth on gravel, dirt, or pavement and the wheels pop on and off quickly with the quick-lock system The cargo trunk even turns into a carrying bag when you're packing it up.
Pack your gear low and tight and use the extra room for things like snacks or a folding chair, it pulls so smooth you might forget it's even back there
Whether you’re heading out for a paddle or just need help hauling gear to camp this trailer is a game changer.
