I want to buy a trailer hitch for my bike support rack. MY vehicle spare tire is full size, 20 kia. rim, Which system would fit on my vehicle?

Unfortunately, none of the hitches we carry for your Acura MDX is going to work with your full size spare tire. You can still use a hitch like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22HR you'd just have to remove the spare and won't be able to re-install it.

Seeing as though that isn't really the best option, I recommend instead getting rid of your hitch bike rack and get a trunk mounted rack instead.

Something like the Malone Hanger Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # MPG2139 would work great and would still allow you to carry your bikes while retaining your spare.
