Thanks Kyle, it looks like we would tow the 2014 front wheel drive Fusion. What parts are needed with as tow dolly?

I took a look at the owner's manuals for both the 2014 Ford Fusion and 2006 Ford F-250. The F-250, if it is a 2WD can only be flat towed if you have the driveshaft disconnected and if you have a 4WD it needs to have a manual shift transfer case, an electronic shifter must use a trailer. For your '14 Ford Fusion it cannot be flat towed at all, but can use a dolly so long as it is a front-wheel drive model; if your '14 Fusion is all-wheel drive it must to towed on a trailer. If you let me know what model you have I would be happy to point you in the direction of the appropriate parts.

To tow your 2014 Ford Fusion you will need a tow dolly as you mentioned and I highly recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1 because it comes with electric brakes and a platform that swivels for when you need to make those sharper turns; this allows the dolly to more easily stay in line with your motorhome. You will need need to add any parts to your Fusion and the only other thing you will need is a connector for the dolly so you can activate its electric brakes. The connector you need will depend on what you have on your motorhome which is likely going to be a 6-pole or 7-pole. For a 6-pole you will need the Pollak 6-Pole Connector # PK11604 and for a 7-pole you will need the Pollak 7-Pole Trailer Connector # PK12706. These connectors will allow you to utilize the lights and electric brakes on the dolly. If you take a look at the cutout of the dolly's instructions (which are also linked) you can see the wiring on the dolly is color coded so you only need to follow that to wire up your connector.
