Low light or nighttime towing can make it tough for others to see your trailer. This Spitfire low-profile reflector solves that with a design that delivers a 50% wider angle of reflectivity compared to conventional reflectors. Its 47,000 microprisms per square inch boost reflective power, so even small marker areas shine bright when hit by headlights. That means better visibility and an extra margin of safety on the road.

Space is often limited on trailers, and bulky hardware can get in the way. Measuring just 2-3/4" wide by 1-3/4" tall, this low-profile rectangular reflector tucks neatly onto flat or curved surfaces. It adds visibility without sticking out or catching on straps and gear. The smooth shape keeps things looking clean while staying practical for tight spots.
No drilling or hardware needed here. The reflector uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing that sticks firmly to most surfaces. Just clean the area, press it in place, and you’re done. The adhesive makes it easy to line up multiple reflectors evenly for a professional look without extra tools.
Out on the road, reflectors take a beating from weather, washdowns, and road debris. This one is fully sealed so it won’t rip or tear, even under tough conditions. The construction resists moisture and dirt intrusion for dependable performance season after season.
Staying compliant is simple with this reflector—it meets DOT requirements for use as a trailer reflector. That gives you confidence that your setup remains visible and legal wherever you travel.

Today we're going to look at the Peterson Red Rectangular Microprismatic Reflector. This reflector is state of the art technology, which provides 47,000 microprisms per square inch. Provides a 50% wider angle of reflectivity compared to your conventional reflectors. As you can see this reflector is a surface mount. It has a nice strong self adhesive backing. Just peel that off and you can stick it wherever you need to.
It is SAE and DOT compliant and that is stamped on there. It's probably a little hard to see, but it says SAE and then DOT right up at the top here. Give you the size on this. The width of it you're looking at about 1 3/4 inches and about 2 3/4 inches. That should do it for the review of the Peterson Red Rectangular Microprismatic Reflector.

The reflector strips are still in place, but I never use the cargo carrier at nightso, I do not know how reflective they are.
