Specs:
The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.
This light has an industry-standard PL-3 connection as pictured above. The light accepts a 3-prong plug (A45PB or A47PB - both sold separately).
Recessed-mount trailer lights install underneath a housing or a grommet (A70GB) sold separately. These lights will extend into the mounting surface and require that a hole be cut into your trailer.

Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Optronics One LED trailer light, part number STL002RB. This is the perfect replacement for your old, incandescent light. Is features 1 super bright DOT approved LED light. Because it's LED, it's going to be more efficient and there are no bulbs to replace. It's a 6 1/2 inch oval light has 3 functions, your stop, turn signals, and taillight. It has a sealed, waterproof housing and fits with a flush mount grommet, which is sold separately.
The one we recommend is going to be part number 870GB. It comes in a quantity of 1, so if you like to change out both lights, which we recommend, you'll need to pick up a 2nd one. Let's go ahead and show you how we did it. 1st thing we'll want to do, is remove our old, incandescent light. Now, you can simply just pull it off with your hands, or if you need to, you can use a flat head screwdriver. We'll just pull it off, now with our light removed, let's go ahead and disconnect it.
It's going to just kind of pry on the end here, shake it back and forth, until it comes loose. Now, if your prongs are kind of old and abused, like the ones that are here, it's always good to clean them off before you reconnect your new light. That way, we can ensure a good connection. All right, so then we'll bring up our new light. It's going to come pre-greased, so you can just line up the notches in the prongs and push it in place, just like that. Now, let's try it out.
We will do our brakes 1st, then our turn signal, and then finally our taillight. Looks great. Then, we will just simply put it back in place in the grommet, and then we've got it. Now, that's going to complete our look at the Optronics One LED trailer light, part number STL002RB.

Excellent replacement light for my trailer. Fit well. Etrailer has outstanding prices and ships fast.
A basic wiring pigtail that fits the light perfectly and the grommet appears to be made of a good quality rubber. The light is great as well really bright when activated. All of these parts are awesome

I couldn’t find anyone that had the tail light I needed for my trailer.after looking at every place I could find I finally looked on etrailer web site and found what I needed. I called and spoke with the representative to make sure it was the right one. The representative was very helpful and determined it was the right part. The part actually got delivered quite a bit faster than expected. Thank you

Product and service brilliant. One the big things in service have been sorted, eg. good product, value for money (not cheapest) delivered in good condition in a predicted timeframe, it's the little things like an email with tracking url that has ALL the information you need... WITHOUT HAVE TO TYPE IN A TRACKING NUMBER , NAME, ZIP ETC. And same with review, click on a url in an email and enter your comments with pictures .....SIMPLE. so many other companies just make these types of things too complicated and onerous for the customer to provide feedback. Also each person in the process is named! Brilliant, personal and just nice. I wish you guys were responsible for all of my transactions for all the things I buy online. Thank you to all of you at etrailer fantastic job.

Terrific upgrade in my opinion. The installation was pretty easy for me. The light is slightly smaller than the original and I have the corrugated sheet metal siding I did not experience any led hyper flash with this light. I was slightly concerned about this after seeing videos of people changing to led light bulbs on the tow vehicle. This light was plug and play. 4 stars because the manufacturer did not provide a wiring diagram :( I don’t feel you should guess what wire goes where. The least they could do is tell you what they (the manufacturer) wired for ground. In my case, the white was ground, same as my trailer wiring. However I needed to connect green to black to get my turn signal to work. Your situation may be different. Would I buy it again? At this time, yes. I’m hoping this light outlasts my usage of this travel trailer- which should be for many years.

Perfect match for my 2019 tracker pro 190. It took me five minutes to put it on and hook it up. It took longer to round up the tools to do the job.

These were a perfect fit on my 2018 Tracker Boat trailer. Had the same plug in receptacle and bolt pattern. Very pleased!

So, I rewired my trailer to not have any wiring connections underwater during a launch operation. To accomplish this, I placed the "etrailer" tail lights and brackets on existing guideposts, then using two "shielded electrical extension cords" I routed them from the tail lights to the trailer hitch plug-in connector.

They work. Question is for how long? Submersible tail lights don't seem to last too many years.

So i have a 94 Jayco pop up that one of the tail lights got smashed. The company that made those lights is no longer around. After some searching on etrailer.com I decided on these LED lights. Price was right. My only real complaint is that these lights come with nothing. No screws, no instructions, no seals. So when I pulled my old lights and found that they had 4 wires and these lights had 3, time to do some research. None of the wire colors matched up. Not the trailer wires, not the old lights etc. On etrailer there is a video describing the lights in detail. Watch it. He goes over what color wire does what on the new light. I hooked the trailer up to the car to figure out the old lights wiring scheme. I was able to figure it out from there, though you cannot wire both sides up the same, if you do when you put the turn singles on they both flash. I had to leave the brake light wire disconnected on one side. Brake lights still work without it. I used plumbers putty to create a seal. That is also what they used on the originals and I used the original screws to make new holes and mount the lights. All in all it worked out but instructions would have been greatly appreciated!. I am sure etrailer would have jumped in to assist if I asked but it was not needed. Pictures posted. Old lights on bumper for reference.
