If you’re tired of swapping out old bulbs or dealing with dim lights, this ONE LED trailer light is a clean solution. It uses a single LED to handle brake, tail, and turn signals with one bright, efficient source. It glows steadily for your tail light and brightens instantly for braking or signaling. Compared to incandescent lights, it’s far more efficient and durable. At 12.8 volts it only draws 0.26 amps for the stop light and 0.011 amps for the turn signal, which keeps the power use low while staying highly visible.
If your trailer sees wet roads or frequent boat launches, you don’t have to worry about this light fogging or shorting out. The polycarbonate lens and housing are sealed together, making the entire assembly waterproof and submersible. That means it’s built to keep water from sneaking in and damaging the LED or wiring inside. You can count on it to stay clear and bright even after repeated dunking or rough weather conditions.
This oval light mounts cleanly into a recessed spot using a grommet (A70GB – sold separately). It connects easily with a standard PL-3 style 3-prong plug, so wiring stays straightforward whether you choose a straight (A45PB) or right-angle (A47PB) pigtail—both sold separately. If you’d rather not cut a hole, there’s an optional bracket (BK70BB – sold separately) that also works with the same grommet. Once mounted, it sits flush for a neat, protected fit.
You can install this light knowing it meets DOT, FMVSS 108, and CMVSS 108 standards for visibility and performance. At 6-1/2" long x 2-5/16" tall x 2-3/8" thick, it fits the standard oval footprint used on many trailers. That certified design ensures other drivers see your signals clearly, keeping your trailer legal and safe on the road night or day.

Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Optronics One LED trailer light, part number STL002RB. This is the perfect replacement for your old, incandescent light. Is features 1 super bright DOT approved LED light. Because it's LED, it's going to be more efficient and there are no bulbs to replace. It's a 6 1/2 inch oval light has 3 functions, your stop, turn signals, and taillight. It has a sealed, waterproof housing and fits with a flush mount grommet, which is sold separately.
The one we recommend is going to be part number 870GB. It comes in a quantity of 1, so if you like to change out both lights, which we recommend, you'll need to pick up a 2nd one. Let's go ahead and show you how we did it. 1st thing we'll want to do, is remove our old, incandescent light. Now, you can simply just pull it off with your hands, or if you need to, you can use a flat head screwdriver. We'll just pull it off, now with our light removed, let's go ahead and disconnect it.
It's going to just kind of pry on the end here, shake it back and forth, until it comes loose. Now, if your prongs are kind of old and abused, like the ones that are here, it's always good to clean them off before you reconnect your new light. That way, we can ensure a good connection. All right, so then we'll bring up our new light. It's going to come pre-greased, so you can just line up the notches in the prongs and push it in place, just like that. Now, let's try it out.
We will do our brakes 1st, then our turn signal, and then finally our taillight. Looks great. Then, we will just simply put it back in place in the grommet, and then we've got it. Now, that's going to complete our look at the Optronics One LED trailer light, part number STL002RB.

Doesn’t come with wiring harness, I was able to find a wiring harness plug that worked on Amazon that was much cheaper than what was quoted from a trailer.
It worked for my burnt out light.I had to adjust some parts of the plug in but fit was perfect and changing to led lights are much brighter.

A basic wiring pigtail that fits the light perfectly and the grommet appears to be made of a good quality rubber. The light is great as well really bright when activated. All of these parts are awesome

I replaced the burned out light on the horse trailer. Very easy to install....Pull the old light out of the rubber casing, unplug, and reverse directions for installation....No Tools Needed!!!
