The Optronics Trailer Tail Light item # ST70RB has similar dimensions to the Optronics ST70RS you referenced but they are not the same parts. Instead, you will want the ONE LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - Submersible - Oval - Red Lens item # STL002RB. This light has identical dimensions to yours and the same connection.
