Specs:
A P2-rated light produces a 45-degree angle of light to either side of its centerline for a total of 90 degrees of coverage. This beam pattern can be seen straight on, but it cannot be seen clearly from the side. So this type of light can be used as either a side marker light or a clearance light, but it cannot function as both. If you need both functions, then you must install 2 separate lights on your trailer - one as a front or rear clearance light and one as a side marker light.
Surface-mount trailer lights install using a flange or bracket with mounting holes. These lights lay flat against the trailer surface and only require a small, often pre-existing hole, for wiring. Mounting hardware is used to secure the light to the trailer.

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at an LED clearance or side marker light with a chrome bezel. This small round trailer light serves as either a side marker light or clearance light for your trailer. This is an LED system. LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights. They last longer, they burn brighter, they're more efficient. You don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or worry about brittle filaments.
This unit contains a nice durable red lens and mounts directly on the surface of your trailer, mounting hardware not included. Right here are your two pre-drilled holes, and it comes with a chrome bezel that covers the mounting hardware once installed and adds a clean, finished look to the unit. It's a two-wire design, so your black wire is your power wire, white wire is your ground wire. It's SAE and Department of Transportation compliant and it is a P2-rated light. When it comes to the overall diameter, measuring edge to edge, it measures about three inches.
The diameter of the lens is two inches, and the overall depth of the unit, that's how far it sticks out from the installation surface, is about 7/16 to a half-inch deep. The distance between the mount holes center on center is 2 3/8 inches. We're gonna go ahead and hook it up to power; that way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it. We'll also be able to turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a lower light setting. So here you can see it sends out a nice, bright, consistent signal. The lens allows plenty of light to come through.
It's a really good looking light. It contains a total of seven diodes or seven LEDs. So the multi-diode design really helps optimize the overall light output. That's gonna do it for toady's look at the LED clearance or side marker light with the included chrome bezel.
Excellent product.

so far they seem good after being on the trailer for about a year now. i hope the chrome bezel holds up,thats why i changed them all. i do keep the trailer clean and waxed.
These marker lights are very attractive, and I had to replace one I’d broken. Thank you etrailer team for shipping me only three. Great customer service!
I bought this light as a replacement for my ATC 24' 405CH Trailer. This light is to replace the damaged left-rear lower marker/clearance light. The original light has a clear lens with red LEDs. This new light from etrailers has a red lens with (I assume) white LEDs. The lens shape is slightly different, but should pose no issue. The chrome bezel on the new light looks just like the original. Although this light is not like ATC OEM, it should work fine.
Great service!
