The Pro Series jack part # PS1400300303 is designed to fit on a 2-1/2 inch diameter pipe and snap ring like you are needing so this would work great.

Availability of Jack to Replace Bulldog Jack that Installs on Snap Ring Mount
Sounds like you have a jack like the part # BD171412 and want to replace it with a jack that will use the same snap ring style of attachment. If you went with the part # BD151464, which is very similar to the first jack I mentioned except doesn't come with the weld on mount, you'd be able to install this jack on to your current mount and you'd be set.

Replacement Jack For Snap Ring Shelby Model 5751 Jack That Has 2-1/2" Snap Ring Mount
We have either The Top-Wind # BD151464 or Side-Wind # BD151110 jack. Both will fit on a 2-1/2" diameter snap ring mount. You will want to verify the dimensions of your bracket to see where the pins line up. The locking pins for these jacks fall on 3" centers, vertically and horizontally(see pic).

As far as function and quality the etrailer.com jack part # TJP-2002-Z that you referenced is right on par with a Bulldog. The price is also really tough to beat too so if it were me this would be the jack I'd go with over a similar Bulldog like the # BD151464. The Pull Pin, Easy Swivel Trailer Jack with Foot part # DL22689 does not come with any hardware. It has been designed to be welded directly to the Frame of the trailer. What you're looking for is a snap ring jack like the Bulldog Round Snap-Ring Swivel Jack part # BD151464. This gives you great capacity and lift at 15". This is held on to your current bracket like part # BDP2052000 by using the Replacement Swivel Snap Ring for Bulldog Jacks part # BD500241

Sounds like you have a Bulldog jack that installs using a snap ring to attach the jack to the mount. It is possible to take and remove the snap ring so that you could remove the jack and install a new one. What Kind of Finish is on the Outer and Inner Tubes of Bulldog 2K Round Swivel Jack
I did some checking with the manufacturer and found that Bulldog trailer jack # BD151464 is painted gray on the outside and the inner tube is zinc-coated for corrosion resistance. To mount this jack you would have to weld-on bracket # F500242 and use snap ring # BD500241.

Trailer Jack with More Lateral Support than Bolt On Fulton 1,000 lb Capacity Jack
I higher capacity trailer jack that welds to the trailer tongue will be much more stable than a lower capacity jack that bolts on. So the Bulldog 2,000 lb capacity jack part # BD151464 that you referenced would be a great solution for a jack with a fixed foot plate that has a welded on mounting bracket.
