For your application we have the 2K Bulldog Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack # BD151464 which fits with the L-Bend Bracket # F500242 that has the 2-1/2" opening you mentioned (see attached photo) and secures using the Snap Ring # BD500241.
