Sounds like you have a jack like the part # BD171412 and want to replace it with a jack that will use the same snap ring style of attachment. If you went with the part # BD151464, which is very similar to the first jack I mentioned except doesn't come with the weld on mount, you'd be able to install this jack on to your current mount and you'd be set.
