  • What Is The Thread Pitch Of The Swagman Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock S64027?
I had our warehouse measure the thread pitch of the Swagman Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # S64027 you were looking at and it has a 5/8" x 11 thread pitch. We do have the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers # e99047 which has the M16x2.0 thread pitch you were looking for. If you can tell me what you are looking to use the pin in I may have other options for you as well. I included a video of the # e99047 for you to take a look at.

  • Will the Replacement Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Work w/ a Toyota 2" Receiver?
Hey Tony. The Replacement Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for Curt Bike Racks item # C82NR is only 3.8” long so it's not going to work with that wider 2" receiver Toyota has decided to go to. If you're needing a new locking anti-rattle, threaded hitch pin for your Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack item # S94FR, you'll want item # S64027. This was designed in response to that Toyota hitch and has a 4-1/2" insertable span. Is this what you're needing the hitch pin for?

I went out to our warehouse and took some measurements for you. The # P313 Replacement Receiver Insert measures 1.31 in x 0.87 in while # P333 measures a bit smaller at 1.30 in x 0.75 in. See the attached images. # P313 is designed to replace the original insert in these Swagman hitch mounted bike racks: Swagman XC # S64650 Swagman G10 # S64682 (discontinued) Swagman Trailhead # S63360 # P333 is designed to replace the original insert in these Swagman hitch mounted bike racks: Swagman...

  • What To Do If A Swagman Bike Rack Fits Loosely In The Trailer Hitch Receiver And Has Wobble
I understand your concern and annoyance with the Swagman Original - 3 Bike Rack # S64152-2 fitting loosely in the hitch receiver and causing bounce/wobble. This can happen due to the fact that not every trailer hitch receiver is made to the exact same dimensions. Luckily, there is a perfect solution for this! You will need to install the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman 2" Hitch Racks # S64027. Not only will this lock your bike rack to the receiver, but it will also...

  • Recommended Locking Hitch Pin Compatible w/ the Threads on the Swagman Swivel Hitch Extender
Hey Michael, the threaded hitch pin included does not have a optional lock. To add a lock to the Swagman Swivel Hitch Extender item # S86SR you'll want the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman 2" Hitch Racks item # S64027. This locking hitch pin comes with the same threads to match the ones built into the hitch extender. It's overall length is 7-1/8" and the usable length is 4-1/2". This hitch pin will work if you have the wider 2" Toyota hitch receivers. What kind of vehicle...

  • What 4-Bike Bike Rack do You Recommend for My 2021 Grand Design Fifth-Wheel Trailer?
I have the answer! You are 100% correct when saying that the Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # S64665 is rated for motorhomes and not fifth-wheel. The reason why is because there is much more force/torque exerted on the rear of a fifth-wheel than a motorhome. Unfortunately, the XTC4 does not work on a fifth-wheel trailer application. Also, even if the XTC4 could work, there is only a 3-1/2" distance between the center of the shank's pinhole to the closest part of the rack...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch And Hitch-Mounted Bike Carrier For 2010 Toyota RAV4
The hitch I recommend for your 2010 Toyota RAV4 is the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C13149. This is a Class lll hitch and has a 2 inch receiver opening. I have attached a link to an installation video for this hitch on a RAV4 you can take a look at. As the video shows, there is a measurement of about 6 inches from the hitch pin hole to the back of the spare tire cover. We will use that measurement for making a recommendation. I have attached a link to a helpful article that explains how...

Hey John. The XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches item # SHP2040-XL fits the wide factory 2" Toyota hitch receivers. We've actually had a customer use this anti-rattle lock on a 2024 Tundra and I have attached a picture below from the review they sent in. Please note that this anti-rattle lock can only be used with hollow-shank ball mounts like item # BWTS10038B and hitch accessories. What are you using your hitch for?

  • Is Replacement Key Avaialble Separately for Swagman Hitch Bike Rack
Individual replacement keys are not available from Swagman, so in order to replace one, you'll need to purchase the lock, which will include a pair of keys. If your Swagman hitch bike rack uses a dedicated 2" shank, the correct lock is part # S64027 (4-3/8" span). If your bike rack uses an 1-1/4" or 1-1/4" with 2" adapter, the correct lock is part # S64029 (4-1/2" span). I've attached a video link for each lock that goes into more detail about the dimensions of each.

  • Solutions For Replacing The Anti-Rattle Bolt On Rola Dart Cart Carrier
We do have options however the Rola Dart cargo carrier is discontinued. The carrier used a specific threaded hitch bolt which is no longer available. We confirmed with Rola that the threading of the pin can be either 7/16 inch-14 or 5/8 inch-11. You can try to match up the bolt at a local hardware store. Another option would be to drill out/remove the nut inside of the Rola's shank and then use the Universal Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Lock # 63232. If you have any other questions please...

  • Cannot Remove Hitch Lock On Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack
If you leave the hitch lock for the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S44FR on for too long or there has been dirt that has gotten inside the lock core then there is a possibility that the lock can get stuck. I recommend that you spray some lubricant around the head and then gently hit the head with a hammer to try and break it free while also turning the key back and forth. If all else fails then you will need to drill out the lock or cut off the head. This can then be replaced...

  • Is There a Threaded Hitch Bolt Lock Compatible with Rola Carrier?
The Rola Carrier uses a threaded anti-rattle bolt that is 5/8 inch and 11 threads per inch. The Swagman # S64027 and the HitchMate # HE6001 unfortunately will not fit. You will either need to use a different lock like a cable lock or drill out the threads and use an alternative method like the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 2-5/8" Span # 63232.

I have linked a diagram below. We do have a threaded locking pin that spans 4-1/2" but it is for a bike rack. It is the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman 2" Hitch Racks item # S64027.

If you don't want the lock, then you can use # P5901. These pins are 5/8 inches diameter. • Socket Size for Swagman Anti-Rattle Locking Hitch PIn
Possibly, it depends on what you have. I tried a few different socket sizes on the Swagman locking anti-rattle hitch pin, part # S64027, and found the actual fit to be a 23 millimeter which is a fairly uncommon size to use. You might be best using an crescent wrench instead. The same is for the case with the pin included with part # S64030.
