The closest option we have available to what you are needing is the Blue Ox Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock item # BX88212. This heavy-duty lock features a 5/8" diameter and a usable length of 4-3/8". This usable length represents the longest option we have available for standard locking hitch pins. I have linked a diagram below.

We do have a threaded locking pin that spans 4-1/2" but it is for a bike rack. It is the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman 2" Hitch Racks item # S64027.
