Question:
Does this work with a rising 2 inch ball mount? Hello. Want to carry 4 bikes and tow a pop-up camper. In order to tow the camper flat I need to rise up the ball mount but it looks like this adaptation might not hook into this carrier. Ive attached a photo of my mount and happy to provide more info if needed.

The best option, assuming your pop-up camper is an A-frame, is to use the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # CC-275 with the Swagman # S64940. The way it works is the Bike Bunk will get mounted on your A-frame and then the Swagman rack mounts inside the Bike Bunk.
The other option is to install a trailer hitch on your camper, the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 which works on box frames, C-channel frames, or I-beam frames between 22" and 72". If you don't have that and instead have a bumper you can use the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100 which fits 4" square channel bumpers.
I have added a link to our entire selection of RV hitches for you to check out, and please note that when using any hanging rack like the Swagman Original - 4 Bike Rack # S64400 you'll need bike frame adapter bar # 64005 if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
