When the road disappears under heavy snow or turns into deep mud, these Titan Chain Mud Service Tire Chains give you the traction to keep going. The round twist links grab into soft terrain so your tires can pull through instead of spinning. They also handle icy patches with a steady grip, giving you that extra confidence when conditions change fast.
Even in rugged off-road conditions, these 8 mm (0.312") twist links help smooth out the ride. Their rounded shape cushions the impact between the chain and the ground, reducing jarring on uneven surfaces. You still get strong forward traction from the ladder pattern, but with less vibration and chatter as you climb through snow or crawl out of the muck.
Cams can sometimes work loose on rough trails, but these chains skip them altogether. You hook them up manually, so there’s nothing to pop open or rattle loose when you’re reversing or bouncing through ruts. For a snug fit, you can add rubber or chain adjusters (sold separately) and keep the chains tight against the tire all day.

These chains are made from low-carbon steel for solid strength and durability. The heavy-duty cross chains and thicker side chains hold up under the stress of deep snow, sticky mud, or rocky stretches. After every use, dry them before storage and they’ll be ready for the next tough job.
Each pair includes two tire chains built for 16" to 17" tires. Whether you’re tackling snow-packed back roads or muddy access trails, this setup gives you a dependable grip that works just as hard as your vehicle.
To determine whether you can use tire chains on your vehicle, or if they might affect your ABS/EPS functionality, consult your owner's manual.
