When you’re hauling something that matters, the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire is made to handle the weight. It’s a Load Range C, 6-ply rated tire with a maximum load of 1,820 lbs at 50 psi. The sturdy sidewalls are made specifically for trailer use, not passenger duty, so you get the strength and control you want when the load is on.
Long highway runs are where this tire shines. The radial ply cords sit at a 90-degree angle to travel, which means less rolling resistance and less heat buildup. That translates to a smoother ride, better tread life, and more stable steering at higher speeds—rated up to 87 mph (speed rating N).
Rain or shine, this tire keeps its grip. The 5-rib tread pattern provides even wear and consistent traction across wet or dry pavement. Silica in the tread compound and carefully angled sipes help reduce hydroplaning while maintaining solid handling on and off pavement.
If this tire takes damage within the first 12 months, Kenda replaces it at no charge under their 1-Year Worry-Free Guarantee. It’s backed further by a 5-year limited warranty, so you can roll out knowing support is built in from day one.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Kenda Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire in a Load Range C. Now, this is an ST Tire, which stands for a Special Trailer Tire. Has a sturdy sidewall, so they can handle heavy loads, and it is created specifically for trailers. It's not intended for use on other vehicles. It is a Kenda Karrier Special Trailer Radial Tire.
Uses double steel belts and full nylon plies to combine for superior function and long life. The tread on it is a silicon-infused tread, and if you look at the tread blocks, you see the cuts or the openings, those are sipes which will help reduce hydroplaning. Also offers excellent handling in off-pavement situations. We mentioned it's an ST Tire. It meets the DOT, Department of Transportation specifications, and this tire will fit on the wheels sizes of 15 inch by five inches wide, 15 by 5 1/2 inches wide, and 15 by six inches wide.
The tire size, which will be stamped on the sidewall is ST for Special Trailer, 205/75R15. The R means that it is a radial tire. Section width on this tire is eight inches. Overall diameter from the bottom to the top when it's inflated, it's 27.3. And this tire is a Load Range C, which means it is a six-ply rated tire.
Has a maximum load capacity of 1,820 pounds at 50 PSI. And the last thing I do wanna mention is most all the trailer tires now are coming through with speed ratings stamped on them, and it's stamped on the sidewall, but it is a letter designation. And where you'll find that is right after the size, you'll see two numbers for the Load Index and then the letter N. Speed rating N will mean this has an 87 mile per hour speed rating. But that should do it for a look at this Kenda Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire in a Load Range C.
