Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Submersible Red LED Clearance Side Marker Light with Grommet and Clear Lens. Now, this is built to handle wet conditions. This 3/4-inch round red LED is going to work as a clearance or side marker light. It's gonna add visibility without taking up space.
As you can see, even with my bright studio lights on, it's pretty bright, but let me go ahead and turn my studio lights off just so you have a better idea. So it's gonna be very bright, very visible. Going back out to the wide view, you can see just how bright it is as well. I'm gonna try to shine it on the wall behind me here. So this LED is gonna hold up really well for you.
As you know, LEDs are energy efficient. I'm gonna go ahead and turn my studio lights back on and disconnect from power here. So this also features a sealed waterproof housing that's going to protect against rain, road spray, and full submersion, so whether you're towing through storms or you're launching a boat, you're not gonna have to worry about water damage shortening the life of your lights. So this is gonna push into a 3/4-inch hole with the included rubber grommet, so no brackets or extra hardware is needed. I was really surprised by these. I used them on my 99 F250. There was already holes in the side of the bumper from the previous owner. I don’t like that the turn signal uses the red taillight lens. So I put a couple of these in the existing holes and they work amazing. They are bright enough that they light up the curb at night when I’m parallel parking I little bit. I am going to get more of these for sure.
Perfect lights for what I needed. Fit perfect in the dovetail of my trailer. And live that they are brake/turn signals instead of just a running light.

I seen the package was delivered. I have not been home to open it, but I can tell you when you see stuff ordered on Monday and delivered on Friday. You gotta know they are on the ball and literally talk to somebody on the other end is a big plus.
1 year later. These are still super bright and the lense is still clear. I added these in the corner of the bumper on my f250 because the stock brake light only has red lenses. Makes my turn signal way more visible.
