This aluminum ladder rack carries up to 500 lbs (250 lbs per bar), so its ready for long boards, ladders, or pipes during the week and kayaks, canoes, or surfboards on the weekend. The over-cab height keeps everything clear of your bed, leaving space below for tools or coolers. With 66" long crossbars, there's plenty of room to spread out your gear without crowding.
You don't have to choose between a rack and a cover. This rack works with Lomax hard tri-fold covers, Access roll-up covers, and most other inside-the-rail tonneau covers. The framework mounts cleanly on top of the bed rails using aluminum stake pocket inserts, so your cover stays sealed and your cargo stays protected from weather.
The lightweight aluminum frame is rustproof and corrosion-resistant, and the matte black finish adds an extra layer of durability. The uprights and crossbars stay solid even after years of hauling, and the finish hides scratches so the rack always looks sharp. Foam-padded utility rails prevent metal-to-metal contact and protect your truck bed from scuffs.
Square crossbars and utility rails both have integrated mounting channels for attaching accessories. You can remove the rubber strip on top to access the full slot for tie-downs or hooks. Optional load stops and tie-downs (sold separately) slide anywhere along the channels, making it easy to secure everything from ladders to kayaks without drilling new holes.
Installation is simple and doesn't require drilling. The foam-padded utility rails mount directly to the stake pockets using the included hardware, and the vertical uprights can be repositioned or removed as needed. The angled uprights sit neatly on the bed rails, keeping your rear view clear and giving the truck a clean, streamlined profile.

Would have been 5, but threads on 4 bolts were slightly jammed up making assembly more difficult than it should have been. Also some minor scratches on parts from shipping. Overall easy to assemble and rock solid.

I think it's a great ladder rack for step ladders and shorter extension ladders. I qwould support anything longer than a 16 footer. It was easy to put together and works really well for what I need and with my tonneau coover
Easy to install, very stout, light weight, looks great and the tie down points on the ends of the racks are a great feature. Nothing to not like ... well maybe the price lol.
This rack is very solid and travels well.
I have had no problems but I should say I have used it lightly.
Hard to find a rack that fit with the stock hard trifold tonneau cover on my 2021 Silverado 1500. This rack was easy to install, fit perfect and does not interfere with the tonneau cover
