Heavy braking on long grades can build up serious heat. This DeeMaxx 12" hub-and-rotor assembly uses a vented design that pushes air through the rotor to keep things cool. That helps prevent brake pad glazing and uneven wear so your braking stays consistent under load. The one-piece cast iron build keeps the rotor running true, minimizing runout and warping for smooth, steady stops mile after mile.
Boat ramps, road spray, and salt air can eat through bare metal fast. This hub-and-rotor assembly fights back with DeeMaxx’s Maxx coating, tested to over 1,000 hours of salt spray. Drainage holes in the hat section let water escape quickly so moisture doesn’t linger. That means less corrosion and longer service life whether you’re towing in fresh or brackish water.
When you’re hauling heavy, strength and precision matter. This 12" assembly is built for 6,000 lb axles and machined for automotive-grade calipers. The cast iron construction gives you solid friction for confident braking, and each unit comes with standard 1/2" wheel studs and industry-standard races—inner (25520) and outer (15245)—already pressed in. Bearings (25580 inner, 15123 outer) and grease seal (10-36) are sold separately so you can match them to your setup.
Instead of juggling loose parts during a brake job, this all-in-one hub-and-rotor makes replacement straightforward. The integrated design minimizes uneven rotor wear and saves time during installation. Every piece is engineered for maximum braking power with minimal upkeep, giving you more time on the road or at the ramp instead of in the shop.
When it finally comes time to service your brakes, DeeMaxx makes it easy. The rotor on this assembly can be machined down to a minimum thickness of .815". That lets you extend its life without guessing at specs or compatibility.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this DeeMaxx 12 inch hub and rotor assembly. Now, this is a single piece assembly that's gonna make it very easy to get installed. You're not gonna have to worry about having a separate hub and rotor to piece together. So, whether you're retrofitting your setup or switching from drum breaks to disc brakes, this is gonna be a great option for you. The rotor is 12 inches in diameter, and you can see we've got the six on five and a half inch bolt pattern with these half inch diameter wheels studs here.
So, this is gonna work for your wheels that are 15 inches and larger, getting those installed on your 6,000 pound capacity axle. This is constructed of a machined cast iron, so it is gonna hold up really well for you. It does have a max coating that provides corrosion resistance for your freshwater or saltwater use. That max coating has an salt spray rating of over a thousand hours, so it will hold up well for you for a long time to come. Here on the side, you can see we do have the vented design that's gonna help dissipate heat to prevent premature brake pad wear and heat-related damage.
We also have these drainage holes here, so it's gonna help water drain out easily. You're not gonna have to worry about it sitting down there, potentially causing corrosion, like other models. So, this is gonna hold up really well for you. It does have the industry standard races pre-installed for you, your inner and your outer races. Now, those race numbers are on the screen there.
You can see those. The bearings and the grease seal are sold separately, but you can see those compatible part numbers on the screen there. So, if you need those, we do have them available here at etrailer.com as well. And we also have calipers and brake lines, hydraulic brake actuators, all sorts of other components. So if this is just one of the components that you need, I'd encourage you to check out some of those others.
We also have kits available that will include the hub and rotor, the calipers, caliper mounting brackets, your bearings, your grease seals all of those kits as well. So, if you are just looking for the single hub and rotor, this is gonna work for you, but if you're looking for more, I'd encourage you to take a look at some of those other options. So, that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.

YOU DID A VERY GOOD JOB ,PART WAS SHIPPED IN A VERY SHORT TIME.
Perfect
as described, easy to assemble, super-fast shipping
Very good quality, was in perfect condition on arrival, performs as the OEM hub did.
The product is of high quality and the bearing cups were already installed. The support staff Kim R. and Ashley are excellent to work with and the same can be said of their company. When a hub was lost in transit another hub was shipped immediately when the required wait time expired. This company has very high customer core values and I would highly recommend them for trailer parts.
Slight “burr” on outboard race. Not enough for return. Will use race that came in bearing pack.
Would guess it happened during factory race installation.
Hub itself looks great.
Fits and works perfectly
I’ve operated my boat trailer without any subsequent issues for a year. Thank you for providing a single source for all the needed parts to replace the component on my torsion axle trailer.
Tristan did a great job getting my order together and shipped! Everything was correct when it arrived.
My DeeMaxx was a great direct replacement for the original Dexter rotor. Thanks for the help in choosing it E Trailer.
Way up in Kenai Alaska we do not have parts in a store shelf.
Good price and fast shipping.
These items did not fit, it was supposed to be cross referenced. It also did not show up the next day as promised. I only live 20 minutes from the place I could have drove up there and right a way realized they were the wrong parts. I think your missing an opportunity from your local customers, even a drop off pickup window would have saved me a lot of hassle. I will say the quality of products look good and the staff is very friendly.
ITEMS WERE EASY TO ORDER, AND PARTS ARRIVED ON TIME
Do you have a question about this Trailer Hubs and Drum?
Condition: Surface Scratches
Notes: Hub/Rotor has surface scratches and smudges from previous shipping, otherwise like new
