  • How To Determine Fit of the CE Smith Bunkboard Guide-On Kit CE27600K75
I don't have any specifics on your boat or trailer but the main thing you need to check before using the CE Smith Bunkboard Guide-On Kit part # CE27600K75 is your frame size. This kit works with trailer frames 3" wide and up to 4-1/2" tall. However, it can also accommodate trailer frames 3" wide and up 6" tall if you use the CE Smith Extra-Long U-Bolt Kit part # CE11416. If your trailer frame is not 3" wide or taller than 6" tall then you would need to combine part # CE27609PG (4), part...

  • Should Bunk Boards Tilt While Loading the Boat on the Trailer
The swivel brackets like part # CE10200G that you are referencing will allow you to adjust the angle of the bunk boards so that they can effectively contour to the shape of the pontoons on your boat. Once they are in the correct position you will then want to tighten them so that they do not move when the boat is loaded. You may also need to adjust the height of the brackets that attach the bunk boards so that they are making contact with the pontoons. If you are having problems with the...

  • Replacement Bunk Board Brackets for a Boat Trailer
I do have options for you but none of them are specific to your boat trailer. However, bunk boards are fairly universal so I do believe we have options for you. If you are referring to the brackets that attach the posts for the bunk boards to the frame of your trailer then you can use part # CE11451-A as long as your frame does not exceed 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall and the guide posts like part # CE27609PG are 1-1/2" wide. If your frame exceeds 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall but not 3" wide x 5-1/4"...

  • Could CE Smith Swivel Brackets be Used on Boat Lift with Bunk Boards

  • Can the CE Smith Bracket # CE10200G be Used to Secure 8 Foot Long 2x4s on a Boat Ramp
The bracket, # CE10200G, could potentially work. You would place then every couple of feet on the ramp attached at those crossmembers that support the top deck of the ramp. But I have another possible solution for you that one of the other Experts came up with. You already have most of the ramp together so you could then attach some rollers, # DL21741, the length of the ramp and roll that jetski into the water. These rollers can be mounted directly to the surface of the ramp with the...

  • Is There a Weight Capacity for the CE Smith Swivel Bracket for Boat Trailers # CE10200G
There isn't a set weight capacity for the CE Smith Swivel Bracket for Boat Trailers # CE10200G, if you used enough you wouldn't have a problem. When I've spoken to my contact at CE Smith I was informed that the limiting factor will how the brackets are attached to the trailer frame and not the actual brackets. So if U-bolts are used they would fail before the brackets.

  • Determining The Length Of Bolster Brackets For Boat Trailer Carrying Twin Trawler 10
I was able to find the trailer you mentioned on the website for your Twin Trawler 10 and I see what you mean about the bunk boards being centered in-between the hulls. Since your boat measures 5" from the bottom of the trolling motors to the recessed part of the boat where the bunk boards will rest and your 8" bolster brackets are too short I recommend taking a simple measurement to make sure you get the correct length brackets without guessing on length. What you will need to do is with...
