Video Transcript for Feature Review CE Smith Bolt for Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies

Hi neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our CE Smith bolt for your bolster and swivel bracket assemblies. And it's gonna be a half-inch diameter zinc bolt. And again, it's gonna require a lock nut that's a half inch sold separately. Again, this is just quantity one of the bolt itself. And again, it's supposed to be used with your CE Smith bolster and swivel bracket assembly.

This is the main center nut that holds those two together. And then with that swivel bolster bracket that holds your bunk boards and that kind of stuff on, I believe. Nice zinc construction, it's gonna resist corrosion. Again, it's a half inch thick, inch-and-a-quarter long, made here in the US. So overall it's an inch-and-a-half, but as you can see, the threads themself are only an inch-and-a-quarter, and again, a half inch thick bolt.

Made here in the US, folks, a nice, great product by CE Smith. I'm Steven, thanks for watching, have a great day.

Happy with the delivery. Everything I ordered was there.
Question: Why was their 2 screws and a brass connector INSIDE the reciever? I will now start the help videos and do the work like a pro. Thanks.

Hardware is typically taped inside the hitch receiver tube as a precautionary measure to keep the hardware from falling out, should there be a hole in the box from the heavy hitch.

  • What Size Roller Bunks for 16 DLX Carolina Skiff Boat Trailer
I checked with Carolina Skiff and they were able to give me the trailer specifications for the size 1655 DLX. They recommend that you use 2" x 6" wood, carpet-covered bunks that are 10' 6" long spaced 40" apart when measuring from the outside edge of the bunks. They also require that the front end of the bottom bunk extend past the flat bottom of the boat. If you'd like to stick with the wooden bunks they recommend, we do sell the marine grade carpeting in the 18" width, # CE11349. If...
