looking at this kit for use on a 5 star roller trailer with a trophy 2352 on it would they work?

I don't have any specifics on your boat or trailer but the main thing you need to check before using the CE Smith Bunkboard Guide-On Kit part # CE27600K75 is your frame size. This kit works with trailer frames 3" wide and up to 4-1/2" tall. However, it can also accommodate trailer frames 3" wide and up 6" tall if you use the CE Smith Extra-Long U-Bolt Kit part # CE11416.

If your trailer frame is not 3" wide or taller than 6" tall then you would need to combine part # CE27609PG (4), part # CE10200G (4), part # CE11330 (2), then make your own frame brackets.

I have a trailer frame that is 6 inches tall exactly. Trying to mount trailer guided to trailer. I need solution or u bolts taller than 6 inches

We don't have hardware/U-bolts available that are tall enough to work with 6" frames, although I imagine you can obtain something easy enough at a local hardware store.
