We do have an option to get you to the 14 inches, but it will be parts that need to be purchased separately. So with that being said, the CE Smith Bolster Bracket # CE10102G will measure 12 inches tall and if paired with the CE Smith Swivel Bracket # CE10200G, it will get you to the 14 inches.
