These Titan Chain Tire Chains use rounded twist links that bite into snow for steady traction while keeping your ride smoother than square links. Whether you’re pulling out of an icy driveway or creeping up a steep, unplowed road, the ladder-style pattern gives you the grip you need for sure-footed starts and controlled stops. The low-carbon steel construction adds strength for tough winter conditions while staying flexible enough to handle deep snow without snapping or jarring.
No need to wrestle chains into place or keep stopping to retighten them. Each chain has cam tighteners built right in, letting you twist them snug with the included wrench for a secure, even fit. Once tightened, they stay put, keeping the cross chains centered and your traction consistent. If you want extra hold, rubber or chain adjusters (sold separately) can add a final layer of tension for peace of mind when the snow piles up.
Built tough from low-carbon steel, these chains are ready for rough winter work. The strong steel links handle repeated use and resist wear from packed snow and ice. Each chain wraps around a wide-base or dual-tire setup, giving heavy trucks reliable traction when it matters most. The 0.281" (7.1 mm) thick links are designed for strength, and with a 30 mph maximum speed rating, they’re made for steady, confident driving in harsh weather.
Every set includes two tire chains — one for each side of your axle — packed in a reusable canvas bag that keeps things organized and easy to grab when a storm hits. Sized for 15" – 24" tires, these chains are a solid backup for snow-covered highways, mountain passes, or slick access roads where traction laws require real chains, not cables. When the weather turns ugly, having these on hand can be the difference between getting stuck and getting home.

Having heavy duty chains in the vehicle are the only way I take my F250 or Jeep Wrangler off road. My trips off pavement always involve hiking, camping, hunting or a dirt bike trail head in Central WA State. I didnt chain up for a nasty section of road last year in my ford diesel and ended up sliding into deep ruts in slick clay. I was high centered on my frame and only able to get two chains on the rear do to access. Between cutting some small logs to put under the wheels and those chains the truck drove out and I was able to get to where I wanted to set up camp further up the mountain. I try not to use chains but when you dont have another vehicle with you, you have to decide if you are going to turn around or go for it. If you go for it you better be able to get it out or it will be a long walk or wait for the next vehicle. I upgraded to a little larger tires Falkon Wildpeak AT3W and need bigger chains. I dont like the idea of adding links to existing chains because the coverage wont be as uniform and the possibility of creating a weak point. Ill probably get a set of DOT approved chains shortly for our Mountain Passes occasionally chains are required on all vehicles.

Couple of weeks after I tried them I found them discoloring and rusting. Only run them a couple of miles to try fitting, I believe it has cheap China coating. You get what you pay for. Have not used this winter because lack of snow in northern Indiana.
