Hi Keith!

Guessing those 295/60R20 tires aren't the stock ones for your 2014 Ram 2500? We do have an option for that size though. Check out the Konig Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # KON64FR. This is our only option for this size, but they are also very nice. They also include a tensioner, so no extra parts needed.

The stock tires were 285/60R20. I am headed to Wyoming for elk in November and trying to find something that will work. The owners manual says only U style chians and on the rear only. I have seen lots of pictures of similar Ram trucks with big ladder style and diamond style chains on all 4 tires though.

@KeithR Heck yeah! Good luck on your hunt! I think elk is the tastiest mammal I have eaten so far, but I am always looking for new stuff to eat. : P U Class chains means you have regular wheel well clearances, as opposed to S Class for limited/restricted wheel well clearances, so you are definitely good to go with the Konig # KON64FR tire chains I mentioned. We typically say to just use chains on the main drive wheels, but Wyoming in November will likely mean 4 wheel drive a lot of the time, so you can use them on all 4 wheels if needed.

I am considering going to 18" wheels for more sidewall. If I do that, do you have a less costly chain that will fit? I have no need for chains in Kansas where I live, and I hate to spend that kind of $$ on something I may never use.

@Keith Most likely. It will depend on the exact size of the tire. If you go with something like a 295/70R18, we have quite a few options that are significantly less expensive. The Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base Tires - Ladder Pattern - V-Bar Links - 1 Pair # TC3831 would be a great choice for that tire size and the V-Bars on the links would offer a lot of traction in off road scenarios. The Titan Chain - Twist Link - 1 Axle Set # TC3231 would be the equivalent set, just minus the V-Bars. They will still work while off road, but not quite as good as they are more intended for on road use. Keep in mind these do not have built in tensioners, so you will want to grab something like the # TCMA2 to keep the chains from whipping around while driving. If you go with chains for the front and rear wheels, you will need to get two sets of tensioners.
