Hey Steven. The best chains for snow that fit 295/65R20 tires are the Konig Tire Chains item # KON74FR. These are diamond pattern drape-over chains. The diamond pattern chain makes for superior and constant traction. These work great in snow and light ice. You'll need a minimum of 5/8" clearance around your tires.
The Konig item # KON74FR are comparatively easy to install. This is especially nice for when you find yourself installing them on the side of the road.
Additionally, the Konig chains come with a 5-year warranty, which really sets them apart from other chains. Most of them only come with a 90 day warranty and that says quite a bit about the quality of the product. With proper care these chains will last many years so long as you keep them dry when storing them and spray them off with something like WD-40 before retiring them for the season.
