Sounds like you are asking if the Curt hitch part # C13362 has the capacity to tow a motorcycle trailer. Since it has a capacity of 4,000 lb and motorcycle trailers are typically much lighter weight than that I'd say this would easily work for that.
You would also need trailer wiring for that with part # C55376 that fits your 2003 Chrysler Town and Country as well.
