  It does appear to have a mount under the trailer for your spare. It looks like you just need to use some bolts and then use a lock like the Spare Tire Carrier Lock # FETCHL0700 to secure it. Many times when there is not a mount, you would use the Fulton Economy Spare Tire Carrier with Wheel Nut Lock # FETCSTL0701 which can work, but is intended to go around a frame so would have extra length on your application.
