Can Fulton Spare Tire Carrier # FETCSTL0701 be Used on 2 inch Square Frame

Question:
My trailer frame is 2 inch square. Please advise equivalent of Part Number FETCSTL0701.

You can use a spare tire carrier like the # FETCSTL0701 that has a 3 inch opening on a 2 inch wide frame but there might be a little bit of play. So you'd either have to really tighten it down or come up with a 1 inch spacer for it.
