Depending on the configuration and mounting options on your trailer you may be able to use a spare tire carrier like the Fulton Economy Spare Tire Carrier # FETCSTL0701. This u-bolt style carrier is 4-5/8 inches wide and 9-1/8 inches long, and includes a locking feature.
I have also provided a short video of this for your reference, and a link to the other u-bolt style spare tire carriers we have for your reference.
We currently do not have a spare tire carrier like the one that you referenced that will fit a 2 inch by 6 inch trailer tongue.
