Which spare tire carrier is best for this 1999 Karavan jet ski trailer? See photos attached. Thanks.

I really like the part # FETCSTL0701 for your PWC trailer since it fits well, fits the standard bolt patterns and unlike others comes with a lock. This would be what I recommend.
