Question:

I need a kind of spring helper to replace the truck at its normal height when I use my fifth wheel. The weight in the bed is approximately 1500 pounds. What can you suggest that will not affect the suspension normal free play particularly when unloaded and permits to lift the rear suspension at its normal position when loaded. I tried a Air Lift LoadLIFTER 5000 ULTIMATE kit and I am not satisfy because it reduce the suspension travel too much, with or without load. Under no load, adding 10 psi help but rise the normal height from 38 1/8inch to 39 3/4. Under load, 46 psi rise the suspension to much at 39 3/4. Best regards,

With an air suspension kit like the Air Lift kit part # AL88385 you will have to constantly be changing the air pressure in the bags to allow you the best possible ride height. There won't be one air pressure setting that will work in all situations.

To help with this you would want the compressor kit part # AL25592 which will allow you the ability to maintain the pressure in the bags so that you can fine tune the air pressure while driving so that you can get the best possible ride height.
