Yes, there are are bags for your 2018 Ford F-150 that will work with the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552028-71.

Now, as for the air bags, the ones that are compatible are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385 or the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88385.

The only difference between these are the jounce bumpers that come with the 5000 Ultimate which can come into play if you have the air bags at lower pressure, mostly when not towing, which is why I recommend going with the 5000 Ultimate.

For the install of the air bags I do recommend the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530 for the cleanest cuts, and for the simplest way to adjust as well as monitor the air pressure of the bags you will need a compressor, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980.
