Will the RoadActive Suspension System Fit a 2021 Ram 3500 with Factory Air Suspension

Question:

Can the RAS3613-HD be used on a 2021 Ram 3500 Limited Longhorn SRW with Air Suspension? Im concerned it will interfere with the Air Suspension sensor that is mounted on top of the leaf springs. I haul a truck camper that weighs a little over 4000lbs wet weight and I have significant roll and sway that I need to get rid of before I take it out again. The stock air suspension, I think, is at its limit and Im worried the sway could get out of control on some of the roads Im taking. If theres other products better suited for my application/truck, please advise.

I reached out to my contact over at RoadActive Suspensions and he reported that they've seen no issues with the Roadmaster RAS # RAS3613-HD interfering with the factory air suspension system. I really love the added support these systems give without having to adjust constantly after installation like an air bag system. The thing you will need to pay attention to on your suspension is whether or not your 2021 Ram 3500 has the top overload spring; as long as you don't have the top overload spring the RoadActive RAS is what I recommend.

If you've got the top overload spring on your Ram 3500 then the best solution is going to be an air bag system like the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57531, which is a heavy duty air bag designed for heavy payloads like a truck bed camper. These air bags come with manual inflation valves included that can be installed in the wheel wells or on the bumper, for easy access; or you could install an on-board compressor system like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL74000EZ. This is a compressor that comes with a remote control that will allow you to inflate the bags from anywhere within range, and it also provides you with a way to inflate on the fly without needing to stop at a gas station.
