Hey David, thanks for reaching out!
To remove the air line from the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57531 you'll need to move the collar on the connector back (probably using pliers) and then pull the line free.
If you need some replacement air line tubing we have some available in a 20' Long Pack # AL63RV as well as a 50' Long Pack # AL23RV. Be sure to use an Air Hose Cutter # AL10530 to trim any pieces off so you have a clean cut and can install the air line into the bag without issues.

Hey David, how did things go when you pulled the air hose from your LoadLifter 7500 XL air bags? Did the new line and clean cut take care of the leak? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same issue.
