  I checked with Yakima and the Qclip style of rack was discontinued before it was ever test fit on the 2019 Toyota Prius so we can't state if there is clip that would fit the vehicle but we can help with a Yakima round bar roof rack. For that you'd need the part # Y00408, # Y28TR, # Y03536, # Y06123, and # Y06169. The part # Y00408 is a set of 48 inch round bars so you may not need this part number as it sounds like you have bars. This would fit with your current kayak carrier as well.
