Will this roof rack I had on my 2005 Prius fit on the 2017 Prius Prime?

If you are referring to the Yakima Round Bar Roof Rack then yes, you can transfer it from the 2005 Toyota Prius to your 2017 Toyota Prius Prime but you will need a new fit kit as they are different for each vehicle. The fit kit is the part or rather clips that attach inside the door jamb and secure the feet to the roof. Therefore, the only things you will need to reuse your Yakima Round Bar Roof Rack is the BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers part # Y06123 and part # Y06169.
Please note that if the crossbars extend out past the side mirrors on your Prius Prime then you will need to trim them down until they are not. The crossbars you have now should be 58" long whereas the Prius Prime calls for 48" long but so long as they don't extend out past the side mirrors this won't matter.
