For your 2018 Toyota Prius, you have a range of options. I recommend the Yakima JetStream kit, consisting of the following parts:
Yakima JetStream Crossbars, 50 inches, part # Y00425
Yakima BaseLine Towers, part # Y28TR
Yakima BaseClip for Baseline Towers, part # Y06123
Yakima BaseClip for Baseline Towers, part # Y06169
Make sure to order both part # Y06123 AND part # Y06169, as one is used for the front of the vehicle and one for the rear.
I've included a video of a Baseline kit being installed on a 2014 Toyota Prius C, that uses different parts, but the same process as you will for your kit. Notably, the JetStream bars attach using a flat, square adapter, rather than a roundbar adapter.
