Question:

I have a Yakima Roof Rack for a 2002 Honda Civic LX. My new car is a 2022 Toyota Prius. I know the 50” CoreBar crossbars I have will work on the Prius too. I believe the 4 towers also work. Which means I only need to purchase front and back base clip sets 2 each. Is that correct?

Your 2002 Honda Civic LX had a naked roof rack setup, just like your 2022 Toyota Prius. As a result, the BaseLine Towers and the 50" CoreBar that were on your Honda Civic are compatible with your Toyota Prius. However, you will need two new pair of Yakima BaseClip Fit Kits for your BaseLine towers. Your new roof rack will consist of the following:

Yakima CoreBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2, part # Y00421,
BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4, part # Y28TR,
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2, part # Y06123,
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2, part # Y06169, and the
Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4), part # Y07204.

You already have the crossbars, the BaseLine Towers, and possible the Yakima Same Key System Lock Cores. The last thing you need for your roof rack are the BaseClip Fit Kits, specifically Fit Kits 123 and 169.
