I have Q-towers and bars for another car, and wanted to find out what pads/clips fit a 2017 Prius, but the fit guide seems to only direct you to their new towers. Is there a combo that fits?

You can reuse the round crossbars you have from Yakima, but they phased out their Q-tower rack components so you'd need to upgrade your feet as well.
All of the parts needed to install a round bar Yakima roof rack on your 2017 Toyota Prius is # Y00408, # Y28TR, # Y03536, # Y06123, and # Y06169, but since you have bars already you wouldn't need the part # Y00408.
