is it available for 1.25inch receiver? We already have a class 1 - 1.25inch trailer hitch installed on a 2018 Prius Prime. Can we open the hatchback with spare tire on that carrier?

We do not have any hitch mounted spare tire carriers that will fit a Class I hitch like you have but we do have one option if you'd consider a roof rack mounted carrier. You can use the Spare Tire Carrier for Yakima Roof Cargo Baskets # Y07076 to secure a spare on a Yakima roof basket like the LoadWarrior part # Y07070.
You'd need to install a roof rack on your 2018 Toyota Prius Prime like the Yakima CoreBar part # Y00421, # Y28TR, # Y06123, and # Y06169 which is a confirmed fit that gives you a very aerodynamic set of crossbars.
