Im planning to installed a receiver for my 2017 prius prime. Will Draw tite class 1receiver hith work well with Yakima double down ace 4 bike carrier?

I may have a solution for you. However, you aren't able to use the Yakima DoubleDown Ace on your 2017 Toyota Prius Prime to carry four bikes. The hitch receivers for your vehicle, like the Draw-Tite # 24966, are Class I receivers and the DoubleDown Ace fits Class II and Class III receivers. In addition to that a Class I hitch is only able to carry up to 2 bikes.
Instead to carry 4 bikes on your car I recommend using a hitch mount bike rack like the Swagman Titan, part # S63400, to carry two bikes and then adding a roof rack to carry the other two. The Titan is a great rack that carries up to 35 pound bikes and includes a bike lock. You can add a lock for the rack using # S64029. You also may need a frame adapter bar, part # 64005, for any women's or children's bikes.
For the other two bikes on the roof I recommend the Yakima round bar roof rack:
48 inch round bars, # Y00408
BaseLine towers. # Y28TR
RoundBar adapter, # Y03536
BaseClip fit kits, # Y06123 and # Y06169
Add a roof mount bike carrier like the RockyMounts TomaHawk, part # RKY1222, to complete your system.
