  Since the Q Tower system is no longer the current roof rack Yakima roof rack and has been phased out we don't have the parts needed to install a Q Tower setup with 48 inch long bars but I was able to check with Yakima and the 48 inch bars are correct for your vehicle.   As long as you just have a sun roof on your 2019 Lexus ES 300h and it isn't the full-blown panoramic roof then we do have roof rack options for you. For your application I recommend going with the Yakima JetStream system because the BaseLine Towers that come with it have a few adjustments in them to help keep your crossbars level with each other. Other systems rely on rubber inserts for the fit kit but the Yakima system is mechanical and I believe it produces the best answer for your situation....
