There are a few different length options of crossbars that are confirmed to fit your 2019 Jeep Cherokee.

A great 50 inch crossbar option is the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00425 which are an aluminum aero bar that has a weight capacity of 150lbs. If your Jeep has the factory installed rails the run from to back you will need the Yakima Timberline Towers # Y00147, or the Yakima BaseLine Towers # Y28TR, Yakima BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06123, and Yakima BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06159 if you do not have the factory installed rails.

If you need a longer crossbar for increased crossbar overhang I recommend the Yakima CoreBar Crossbars # Y00426 which are 60 inches long are also made of aluminum with a weight capacity of 150lbs. You will use the same Yakima Timberline Towers # Y33TR.

The main reason to go with a longer crossbar is if the accessory you plan on using requires extra crossbar overhang like the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier # TH898 which requires 4"-8" of crossbar past the feet to ensure enough clearance to operate without hitting the vehicle, but in most cases I would recommend going with the 50 inch bar.
