To carry snowboards on your 2017 Lexus IS 300, you will need a roof rack, as there isn't a standalone carrier just for a '17 IS 300. This will work for the 4-door sedan models, so if that's what your 2017 Lexus IS 300 is, I recommend a roof rack from Yakima:

This rack will allow you to put on a snowboard rack for your Lexus, and I recommend an option from Kuat:
