No more dim or power-hungry bulbs. This Optronics LED light runs on 24V DC and uses six bright diodes behind a red lens to create clear, consistent illumination. It’s a clean upgrade from old incandescent lights—lasting up to 50 times longer and drawing only 0.057 amps at 12.8V. That means brighter light with less power draw and zero bulbs to replace.
Water, dirt, or vibration won’t bother this light. The housing and lens are sonically sealed into one solid piece, making it fully waterproof and submersible. Whether it’s mounted near the ground or exposed to splash zones, moisture stays out and the internal diodes stay protected. It’s a dependable choice for trailers that see rain, road spray, or even launch ramps.
The 4" x 1" rectangular body is built tough with a polycarbonate housing and lens that resist cracks and impact. Even with regular use in rough conditions, the lens stays clear and the light output stays consistent. It’s DOT compliant and P2 rated, producing a 90-degree total beam spread for solid forward visibility when used as a clearance or side marker light.
Installation is straightforward with its surface-mount design—no base or bracket required. Just line up the 3" center-on-center holes, connect the two wires (power lead and ground), and you’re done. The result is a low-profile marker that sits cleanly against the trailer surface without extra hardware getting in the way.

At first the light was brighter than the other lites on the trailer. It has settled down so as to match the brightness of the other lights.

Its been a couple years of Michigan weather and winters with the most hated road salt. The LED lights are still working without any issues. I still recommend buying these lights you wont go wrong.
