When you’re hauling kayaks, camping gear, or a cargo box, a sturdy base makes all the difference. The Inno Aero Roof Rack is built from durable aluminum and carries up to 165 lbs, giving you solid support for heavier loads. The 51" long crossbars provide plenty of space, and the black finish keeps it looking clean even after long trips.
Driving with a rack doesn’t have to mean listening to constant whistling. These aero-style crossbars are shaped to cut through the air smoothly, while the push-down rubber strips in the top channels help reduce wind noise and vibration. The strips close neatly around your mounts so there’s no need for trimming or fussing with cut sections.
Whether you’re packing up for a weekend paddle or heading cross-country with a cargo box, this rack is ready for it. The bars work with accessories that mount in the top channels or clamp around the bars, so you can mix and match gear from different brands for bikes, skis, boats, or boxes—all on the same setup.
Getting a solid fit on a naked roof can feel tricky, but this setup takes the guesswork out. It comes as a complete system with 2 aero crossbars, 4 through feet, and a custom fit kit designed for your vehicle’s bare roof. The lockable leg covers add theft deterrence so you can leave your rack in place between adventures without worry.

Thank you for your review. It is a good idea to make sure the rubber stripping is firmly pressed into the channels to prevent wind noise. We also do not recommend having the sun roof open to avoid damage to the bars and to prevent extremely loud wind noise.
