Question:
Is there a fit kit that’ll work for a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with the Rhino Rack 2500 aero bars and legs for a 2017 Ford Escape? I had to buy a new car and thought I could put the old set on my husband’s car. It’s so old it’s not worth buying a $400-$500 set. If a rhino rack brand of clamps doesn’t work would another brand fit? Thanks.

Unfortunately there is not a fit kit that will allow your Rhino Rack Aero bars using the 2500 series legs with both your Hyundai Sonata and your Ford Escape.
Rhino-Rack doesn't actually make any crossbars for the Hyundai Sonata, so you'd need to use a different set of bars. You could instead use the Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB130-2, with the Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars # INXS250, the fit kit # INK537 for the Sonata, and # INK628 for the Escape.
These bars are Aero bars like your Rhino Rack, measure 51" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1-1/8" tall, and has a maximum dynamic weight capacity of 165 lbs.
