  • Frame Mounted Trailer Hitch for Travel Trailer
We do indeed offer some hitches that are designed to bolt to the frame of your travel trailer. If the frame members on your travel trailer are between 18-51 inches apart, the Curt Hitch # C13701 would be an excellent choice, with it's tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs. For frame members between 22-72 inches apart, use the Curt Hitch # 13703, which has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs.

  • Clamp On Fifth Wheel Bike Rack Options for eBikes
I am happy to help you find the right bike rack set up for your fifth wheel trailer. Unfortunately, the Hollywood RV Rider # HLY64FR requires a receiver with at least a 350 lbs. TW capacity. It is not compatible with Bumper Mounted Hitch Receiver Adapters (see photo below), but it is specifically designed to support heavier bikes such as your 2 ebikes. We do not have a bike rack available that is compatible with Bumper Mounted Hitch Receiver Adapters and can support heavier E-Bikes. As...

  • Need Spare Tire Mount For 24' Class C Motorhome
Hello Terrance, thanks for reaching out. You are wanting something to put on the 4" bumper on your motorhome, correct? If so, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Mount for Trailers and RVs # UF15-954730. This will fit a 4" bumper and has a weight capacity of 60 lbs. It can hold virtually any 4, 5, 6 or 8 lug wheel. Leave a reply below with any other questions or comments and I am happy to get back to you.

  • Options For Carrying An E-Bike With A 2023 Ford F150 While Towing An East To West Della Terra
Hi Doug! I may have a couple other options that would work for you, but there is no rack that mounts to a jack that will be lower, unfortunately. First possible option would be to mount a front hitch on your 2023 Ford F150. Just keep in mind this will not work if you have the auto deploying air dam. Installation requires removal of the lower front air dam and bumper fascia trimming. You could then use a few different options for bike racks, but I have one that will work with your bike...

  • Recommended Hitch Solution for Carrying Bicycle on Rear of RV with C-Channel Bumper
The Curt # E-3S hitch you mentioned is recommended for use on a truck step bumper, as shown in the provided diagram. A bolt-on hitch like the Ultra-Fab # UF35-946401 would be a better choice. This hitch is designed to fit bumpers that are up to 4-1/2 by 4 inches. The bolt on receiver has a 200 lb capacity, but you'll need to check with the RV manufacturer to determine the capacity of the bumper. You'll need to abide by whichever capacity is lowest. I'd also recommend using a bike rack...

  • What Determines Cargo Weight Limit for Hitch Carrier Installed on RV Bumper Hitch
The amount of actual cargo weight you can safely transport on a hitch cargo carrier installed in a bumper-mounted hitch is determined by the lowest-rated component. Those components consist of the RV's bumper, the hitch such as # UF35-946401 that is mounted on it, and the cargo carrier itself. The lowest-rated of the three items will determine overall capacity. If you have a 500-lb-rated cargo carrier like Curt # C18151 and install this in the 200-lb-rated Ultra-Fab RV Hitch # UF35-946401...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2021 Wolfpack 5th Wheel Toy Hauler
I can not speak to voiding a warranty, you will need to refer to your sales paperwork for that. However, the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver for 4" x 4" Bumpers, # UF35-946401, that you refenced is a great way to add a mounting point to the back of an RV. This allows for the addition of accessories such as a bike rack. The # UF35-946401 is made for a 4"x4" bumper and rated for 200 lb. TW. However, I suggest the Curt RV Bumper Hitch Receiver, # E-100 as it is rated for...

  • Can Curt Hitch 13703 Fit Keystone Passport SL 229 RK
I looked up pictures of your Keystone passport SL 229RK and it looks like as long as the frame runs all the way to the back of the camper (it should) the Curt hitch # 13703 would fit and work great as it can install on standard RV frame styles that are between 22 and 72 inches.

  • Recommended Bike Rack and Hitch Receiver for Travel Trailer Bumper
Thanks for the photo. The Swagman Around the Spare Deluxe 2 Bike Rack for RV Bumpers # S80501 and the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers # S64663 are great options for your 2016 Pacific Coachworks Northland Travel Trailer. The bumper has to be completely enclosed is the explanation you are likely seeking. The Tube with fully welded enclosed ends is ideal and is normal for many applications but not all. You can alternatively use the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer...

  • Recommended Hitch and Hitch Bike Rack for 2014 Rockwood Ultralite 5th Wheel
You need to use an RV-rated hitch bike rack in the hitch you will install on the rear of your 5th wheel trailer. Regular bike racks meant for use on cars, like the excellent Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G, cannot be used on a trailer. This is due to the extra stresses placed on carriers that are mounted on the rear of a trailer. Let's start with a hitch for your trailer. We offer both bumper-mount and frame-mount 2-inch hitch receivers for trailers that can be seen on the linked page. Your best bet...

  • Trailer Hitch for 1995 Chevy G20 Van
There is a hitch receiver that could work for your 1995 Chevy G20 van, so long as your van does NOT have a step bumper. If so, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75121 hitch, this is a 2" hitch that is a complete bolt-on installation so there will be no drilling required in your Chevy's frame. I have added a link to a video of this hitch being installed on a '94 van for you to check out so you can see the process involved.

  • Recommended Bumper Hitch for a 1988 Fleetwood Yukon Wilderness with 4-1/4 x 4 Bumper
I have a solution for you, but the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver part # UF35-946401 will only fit bumpers up to 4" x 4" . For your 4-1/4" x 4" bumper, I recommend the Buyers Products RV Bumper Receiver Hitch item # 337RVA24. The u-bolts will actually fit bumpers up to 4-1/2" wide so your 4-1/4" wide bumper won't be an issue. The fit will be tight enough that you would not have any play. It's perfect for a bike rack, cargo carrier, or any other cargo accessory. Keep...

  • Recommended 2 Inch Receiver for Zero Turn Lawnmower Fertilizer Spreader
We don't have anything like the # 13333 that has mounting holes 10 inches apart. For your application you will need to either customize a fit for that part or use a different style like the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver for 4" x 4" Bumpers # UF35-946401 which could be bolted to a strong frame crossbeam for your unique need. Another option is to use the Reese Towpower 3-Way ATV Hitch w/ Ball Mount Adapter - 2,000 lbs # RP7065100 for this custom application.

  • Trailer Hitch Recommendation for Prowler Fifth Wheel
Best solution we'd have is the Curt Multi Fit hitch part # 13703 which fits frame widths between 22 and 72 inches apart (outside to outside) and fits all frame styles. Only issue is this is a Class III hitch and we don't have any Class IV or V hitches available that are similar. This has a capacity of 3,500 lbs trailer weight. I attached an install video for more info for you to check out as well.

I was able to find many photos of your 2010 Carriage Carri-Lite 5th wheel trailer, but I was not able to confirm the specs for its bumper or frame width. We offer two types of trailer hitch for use on the back of an RV such as your 5th wheel, a bumper-mount type like the Ultra-Fab 2-Inch Motor Home Trailer Hitch # UF35-946401 (see linked video) as well as a frame-mount multi-fit receiver such as # UF35-946403, both rated for use with accessories, not towing. For the wheels, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels for RVs up to 30' Long - 4" Diameter - Qty 2 # UF48-979015. For the 2 speed manual crank jack, I recommend the Square 2-Speed Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return - Sidewind - 12-3/8" Travel - 10K # TJD2SP-12000SP-F. I don't know what you mean by tow boot. • Curt 13703 Hitch Dimensions from Frame Bracket to Hitch Opening
I attached two pictures that detail where the hitch tube and opening are in relation to the bracket for you to check out. Hitch manufacturers basically refuse to get into the specifics of the hitch extender capacity reduction for fear of people assuming they can carry more than they should based on hypothetical math problems. Hitch extenders though are even more hard on hitches when installed at the back of an RV because trailers have much rougher ride qualities than vehicles. I really...

  • Recommendation for Bike Rack to Haul 4 Bikes on Camper Using Ultra-Fab 2
My personal recommendation would be to use the Swagman XP 4 Bike Rack, # S64940, to haul your bikes on the camper equipped with the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver, # UF35-946401. This heavy-duty steel carrier is loaded with features including cradles using thick, kraton vinyl cushioning and steel plates to secure the bikes to the rack, and locking knobs as a theft deterrent. Please keep in mind that although the hitch receiver has a weight capacity of 200 pounds, you will be limited...

  • RV Bumper Hitch Recommendation that Can Mount Below Bumper
I have a solution for you, but the RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # S64025 that you referenced can only be used with the hitch opening on top of the bumper. Instead you would want the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch # UF35-946401. This hitch can be used with the opening on the bottom of the bumper. Be sure not to exceed the weight capacity of your bumper, check the owners manual of your vehicle for more info on that.

  • Bumper Mounted Hitch Recommendation for a 2017 Starcraft Satellite 17RB Travel Trailer
As long as the 4 inch square bumper on your 2017 Starcraft Satellite 17RB travel trailer is made of steel and welded its entire length then you would need hitch # UF35-946402 because it is the model for 4x4 inch bumpers. I have linked a video of this hitch for you. The combined weight of your carrier and the tote tank isn't very much but you will still want to check the trailer literature to make sure that the bumper is rated for carrying weight and. if so, the amount of weight it can handle.

  • Availability of 1-1/4-Inch Combo Bar for Hitch Fabrication on Antique Tractor
I can offer you a better option for installing a 1-1/4-inch receiver tube on your antique tractor. Curt offers several lengths of their 1-1/4-inch combo bar, which is a raw steel product ready for weld-on installation. Part # E-911 is 6-inches long, part # E-912 is 12-inches long and part # C49524 is 24-inches long. One of these will cost far less than a custom-fit hitch. Also, if you used a custom hitch like the one for a Corvette any modifications would void the item's warranty, so...
